Profile Prefill for Forms and PDF E-Sign

Forms can now prefill client-reviewed answers from FinDash profile data and prior form submissions, including mapped PDF E-Sign text fields and packet-wide matching fields.

PDF E-Sign for Forms - Upload Agreements, Place Fields, and Save Signed PDFs

Forms now include PDF E-Sign, a built-in way to upload client agreements, place fillable fields directly on the PDF, assign fields to the client or advisor, and store the completed signed document in FinDash.

Segmented Firm Permissions - Assigned Advisor Visibility, Scoped Search, and Restricted Advisor Views

Firms can now keep broad legacy sharing or switch to Assigned Advisor + Shared Access, so restricted advisors only see the clients, tasks, workflows, meetings, and email audiences they should.
