Turn new client emails into clear, assigned tasks
FinDash AI can monitor eligible new client emails, identify independently actionable requests, and create separate internal tasks linked to the matched client and source thread.

From inbox message to organized work
Client service requests rarely arrive as tidy, single-purpose tickets. One email may ask for a document, a future call, and a separate account review. FinDash can turn those independent requests into distinct internal tasks so each item can be assigned, tracked, and completed on its own.
The workflow is event driven: after a firm enables the feature, eligible new inbound messages are evaluated as they arrive. FinDash does not run a scheduled scan of historical mailboxes.
Matched to the right client and source
Before creating work, FinDash requires an exact, unambiguous email match to a known client or contact. Generated tasks retain a link to the matched record and source email thread, giving the team context without requiring a separate search.
Unknown or ambiguous senders are skipped, as are internal, automated, bulk, and no-reply messages. The system also removes quoted history and signatures and limits sensitive number sequences before AI processing and task storage.
Firm-level control
The feature is off by default. Firm administrators choose which shared inboxes and sender types are eligible, set assignment and fallback behavior, define confidence and due-date defaults, limit the number of tasks per message, and decide whether a separate response task should be created.
Firms can also add their own instructions so task extraction reflects the team’s operating model. Processing applies only to new mail received after enablement.
Built for reviewable advisor workflows
FinDash creates internal work for the advisory team; it does not send client replies, execute transactions, or authorize money movement. A transfer request, for example, becomes a review and tracking task for an authorized person to handle through the firm’s normal controls.
The result is a more dependable bridge between the inbox and the service calendar: fewer buried requests, clearer ownership, and a task history that stays connected to the client relationship.
