Tax Prep Letter
Build a reviewable tax-preparation summary from the client planning record.
Generate Tax Prep Letter
Open the client Tax Center and select Generate Tax Prep Letter. Review the selected tax year and scenario before generating the deliverable so the summary reflects the planning record you intend to share.
Review Before Export
Review expected tax documents, Roth conversion details, planning items, advisor notes, client details, and firm branding. Edit the generated content where the client or CPA needs additional context; it is a preparation aid, not a filed return.
Choose the Output
Generate PDF downloads the letter immediately. Select Save to Documents when the final PDF should also remain in the client record. Use Export PowerPoint when an editable presentation version is more useful.
