RingCentral Integration
Connect RingCentral with an approved JWT credential and sync supported communications.
Create the JWT Credential
A firm admin opens Firm Settings → Phone & Messaging → RingCentral and follows Create JWT at RingCentral for the approved FinDash app. Use the displayed FinDash RingCentral Client ID when the RingCentral console requires it, then copy the complete JWT value.
Connect and Test
Paste the JWT into Enter JWT Credential and select Connect RingCentral. After connection, use Test Connection and review the last sync time. If settings report an expired or invalid authorization, create or paste a valid replacement credential.
Data in FinDash
RingCentral can sync inbound and outbound calls, SMS messages, and recordings when call recording is enabled on the RingCentral account. FinDash uses phone data to match supported activity to client records.
Access and Storage
Only firm admins can configure RingCentral. The JWT is stored securely server-side. Disconnecting stops future sync but does not automatically remove communication already stored in client history.
