Quo Integration
Connect Quo with a workspace API key and choose which phone numbers to sync.
Connect With a Workspace Key
A firm admin opens Firm Settings → Phone & Messaging → Quo, pastes the full-workspace API key from Quo Workspace Settings → API, and selects Connect Quo. FinDash validates the key, creates webhook subscriptions, and starts an initial 30-day sync.
Select Phone Numbers
After connecting, use Synced phone numbers to choose at least one number and save the selection. Only selected numbers are included in historical sync and webhook subscriptions.
Live and Historical Sync
Active webhooks deliver new message, call, recording, transcript, and summary events. Run historical sync for the last 30 days, 90 days, last year, or all available history when the provider retains it.
Data in FinDash
Quo can supply calls, texts, transcripts, summaries, voicemails, and recordings. FinDash matches phone activity to CRM clients and makes supported records available in Phone & Messaging History and AI Notetaker.
Security and Access
The API key and webhook signing keys are stored server-side and are not returned to the browser. Only firm admins can configure Quo. Disconnecting stops future sync but leaves communication already stored in FinDash.
