Plaid Integration
Securely connect financial institutions via Plaid.
How Plaid Works
Plaid creates a secure connection between FinDash and your bank. Credentials are handled by Plaid - never stored in FinDash.
Data Retrieved
FinDash can use Plaid account balances, transactions, investment holdings, loans, mortgages, credit cards, and account details when the institution provides them and the firm has Plaid enabled.
Sync Frequency
Linked accounts can refresh automatically and can also be refreshed or reconnected from account workspaces when data is stale or institution access changes.
Fallbacks
Use manual accounts, PDF statement import, CSV/Excel transaction import, or document-assisted Net Worth entry when Plaid is disabled, the institution is unsupported, or the client does not want a live connection.
