Intulse Integration
Connect an Intulse organization API key and route call recordings through AI Notetaker.
Use the Organization API Key
A firm admin opens Firm Settings → Phone & Messaging → Intulse and enters the Intulse organization API key. A personal key can read profile metadata but cannot provide the call logs required by this integration.
Sync and Webhooks
Connect Intulse to configure supported live delivery, then use Sync now for available historical or catch-up processing. Review Connection health, webhook status, and last sync time when activity appears incomplete.
Supported Communication
FinDash can store Intulse calls, SMS messages, voicemails, and recordings. Provider retention and account permissions determine which historical records are available.
Transcripts Come From FinDash
Intulse call logs include recordings, not call transcripts. FinDash saves supported recordings and routes them through the AI Notetaker pipeline to generate a transcript and summary.
Admin Access
Only firm admins can connect, sync, or disconnect Intulse. If syncing fails, verify that the credential is the organization key and review webhook configuration before reconnecting.
