Look up estimated US property values from county-record-backed valuation data.
Property Value Lookup
Enter a US property address while adding or editing a real-estate account. FinDash can call the Realie property valuation service and return assessed values, market/model values, ranges, confidence, county, and neighborhood data when available.
Data Sources
The lookup is county-record-backed and should be treated as an estimate. It is not a replacement for an appraisal, broker opinion, or advisor/client-entered value.
How to Use
When adding a real estate account, enter the street address, state, ZIP code, and country. The lookup is available for US properties and can populate the account balance when a model value is returned.
Manual Override
You can always enter or override the property value manually if you have a recent appraisal or prefer a different valuation.
