GoTo Integration
Authorize GoTo with OAuth and sync firm calls, messages, recordings, and transcripts.
Authorize With a GoTo Super Admin
A FinDash firm admin selects Connect GoTo from Firm Settings → Phone & Messaging. A GoTo Super Admin completes the OAuth approval in the provider window. FinDash stores OAuth tokens server-side and displays only connection metadata in settings.
What Sync Includes
GoTo sync covers users, phone numbers, SMS conversations, completed calls, recordings, and transcripts that the connected account exposes. A scheduled sync runs daily, and Sync can run a full manual refresh.
Monitor the Connection
Review counts for calls, messages, users, and phone numbers plus the last sync time. If Subscription setup needs review appears, address the provider warning before assuming live delivery is complete.
Reconnect When Authorization Expires
If the card shows Connection Expired or Reconnect required, a firm admin must complete OAuth again. Disconnect stops future calls, texts, and recordings from syncing; it does not promise deletion of previously stored history.
