Fidelity Custodial Integration
Request Fidelity delivery, register the exact firm header, and map position-level account data.
Request the FinDash Header
Email hello@findash.ai to request Fidelity setup. FinDash provides the client header registered for the firm. The header is used to route incoming files and must match the value FinDash provides exactly.
Configure Fidelity Integration Xchange
In Wealthscape, open Fidelity Integration Xchange and request an outbound third-party transmission rule for FinDash using the Fidelity custody instructions. When Fidelity asks for a header, enter the exact uppercase header from FinDash—not the firm name unless FinDash registered that exact value.
Confirm Activation
After submitting the Fidelity request, notify FinDash so the registered header and delivery can be confirmed. Activation is typically completed within 3–5 business days after Fidelity enables the feed. Values update Tuesday through Saturday evening using the previous night close.
Map Accounts
In Firm Settings → Custodian Integrations, review mapped and unmapped Fidelity accounts. Link one or several Fidelity accounts to the correct client, and verify G-number/account context rather than relying on name alone.
Data and Permissions
FinDash receives position-level account data used for net worth and investment reporting. Available files can include balances, positions, transactions, cost basis/tax lots, and activity. Only the firm owner or Custodian Admin can modify mappings; other permitted users have view-only access.
