Calendar Sync
Sync Google Calendar and Outlook meetings with FinDash.
Nylas Integration
FinDash uses Nylas for connected email/calendar accounts. Google and Microsoft accounts are the primary supported paths, with provider availability dependent on the Nylas connection and firm configuration.
Own-Calendar Sync
Connected advisors can view synced external calendar events in FinDash. Events created, edited, or deleted from the advisor's own FinDash calendar can sync back to the connected calendar where the Nylas connection supports it; client impersonation views do not write to the advisor's external calendar.
Client Matching
Calendar events with recognizable participant emails can be associated with client or contact records, and firm-level scheduled sync can refresh upcoming meetings for service-monitor and meeting-history workflows.
Meeting History
Synced meetings can support client meeting history, AI Notetaker scheduling, daily digest context, activity tracking, and workflow triggers when the firm has those features enabled.
