Sharing & Access
Control who can view and edit client data across advisor assignments, household sharing, and client collaboration.
Firm Visibility Model
Firms can operate with broad team visibility or with Assigned Advisor + Shared Access, where restricted advisors only see households assigned to them or explicitly shared with them.
Advisor and Team Sharing
Assign a primary advisor, share access with additional team members, and choose whether each person can view or edit the household. Scoped search, tasks, workflows, opportunities, and email audiences follow these access rules.
Client and Family Sharing
Clients can share accounts with family members, trusted contacts, or multiple advisors. Access can be configured for household collaboration without exposing unrelated firm data.
Account-Level Visibility
For sensitive accounts, use account-level visibility settings: Full Access, Masked Value, or Hidden. These settings apply across Dashboard, Net Worth, Cash Flow, and Investments where account data is shown.
Audit and Support
Use sharing history, client activity, login activity, and member permissions to troubleshoot who can see a household, who can edit it, and why a restricted user may not see a record.
