Statement and Spreadsheet Import
Import transactions from PDFs, CSV files, and spreadsheets.

Historical Cash Flow includes import options for PDF bank statements and CSV/Excel transaction files. Use imports when Plaid is unavailable, historical data is incomplete, or an advisor needs to backfill statement history.
Supported Formats
PDF imports use AI extraction for statement transactions. Spreadsheet import supports CSV, XLS, and XLSX transaction files. The exact columns can vary, so the review step is important.
Review & Import
After extraction or parsing, review dates, descriptions, merchant names, inflow/outflow direction, account mapping, and categories before importing. Imported PDF accounts can be renamed, typed, and deleted if a source needs to be corrected.
Batch and Source Management
Imported PDFs are tracked as statement sources so advisors can manage or delete the source if needed. Multiple PDFs can be imported and reviewed as part of a larger transaction cleanup workflow.
