FinDash adds AI-drafted email replies for advisor workflows
Advisor teams can now use FinDash to create Gmail draft replies from client emails, combining the original message with CRM context, recent notes, email history, and AI meeting summaries.

Overview
FinDash now supports AI-drafted email replies for advisor teams with connected Gmail/Nylas accounts. The feature helps advisors move from an inbound client or prospect email to a reviewable Gmail draft without switching between disconnected systems.
When an email matches an existing FinDash client, prospect, or contact by exact email address, FinDash can use the source email plus available firm context to prepare a reply draft in the connected mailbox.
How it speeds up advisor work
Many client service workflows start with an email: a planning question, follow-up item, meeting request, document reminder, or next-step confirmation. Instead of asking an advisor to manually gather context from notes, meetings, and prior email history, FinDash brings that context into the draft process.
The result is a faster first draft that stays where advisors already work: Gmail. The advisor still reviews, edits, and sends the message manually.
Firm controls
Firm admins can enable the feature from Firm Settings under AI & Automation, choose which connected email accounts are allowed to use AI draft replies, and define firm-level instructions for tone, style, and compliance preferences.
The assistant is designed to create drafts only for known FinDash records using exact email matching, and it does not send messages automatically.
Highlights
- Create draft replies directly in connected Gmail/Nylas accounts.
- Use CRM context, recent emails, FinDash notes, and AI meeting history.
- Limit the feature to selected connected email accounts at the firm level.
- Keep advisors in control: FinDash creates drafts, but never sends automatically.
